There are so many products that claim to be natural, non-comedogenic & dermatologist tested. I can switch to them right?

"Natural" is an often misused word. There are no regulations for declaring the products are "Non-comedogenic" or "Dermatologist-tested" too. All manufacturers are free to use these to market their products. If you're able to understand the ingredients listed well then you can judge whether the products are a good choice to switch to.

Skin tip of the day

Use yogurt or acidophilus in the diet if you have been taking antibiotics for your acne. Antibiotics kill friendly bacteria in the digestive tract, which causes other problems, like constipation. Eliminating the toxins and wastes from your body is essential to controlling acne. It's important to keep those friendly bacteria alive and well.
